Otel Müşterisine Değer Vermiyor..the Hotel Doesnt Pay Attention İts Customer.
1521 temmuz arasında bu otelde kaldık.aqua havuzu küçük, yemekleri fena değil, otopark dolu ve yetersiz, kumsalı yok eğer havuzu için bu kadar para ödeyecekeniz uygun bir otel, bana göre ödediğiniz paraya değmeyecek otel..bunlardan ayrı olarak, her otelin eksileri artıları olabilir fakat beni en çok rahatsız eden durum otelde unuttuğumuz numaralıfenni gözlüğün defalarca aramamıza rağmen 1213 gün sonra gönderilmesi ve gönderilirkende kırılmamaı için herhangi bir tedbirin alınmadan kargoya verilmesi olmuştur.konuyla ilgili yetkili müdürle görüştüğümde durumun kargo kaynaklı olduğunu kendileriyle alakalı olmadığını bildirip sorumluluğu üzerinden atmaktadır.otelde konaklayan bir misafirin unuttuğu bir gerekli malzemenin tekrar kendisine ulaştırılması için gereken hassasiyeti göstermek 5 yıldıza sahip otelin sorumluluğunda değil mi? allahtan hayati önemde bir şeyi mizi unutmadık, yoksa hayatımız kabusa dönebilirdi.kısaca müşteriye değer vermeyen, parayı cebe koyduktan sonra bir daha sizinle ilgilenmeyen bir otel..bir daha asla konaklamayacağım bir otel.. we stayed on 1521 july at this hotel.aqua pool is small, food not bad, car park is full and insufficient, not have beach..if you want to pay much money only for pool, you can prefer..in my opinion, this hotel is invaluable that money you paid.except for this, every hotel have negative side and pozitive side but something that bother me the most; although we called for the glasses we forgot at hotel repeatedly, hotel authorized sent it after 1213 days.also while they were sending it by cargo, they didnt pay attention for packaging to cargo bag.they only put it cargo bag without thinking its fragile.when ı talked maneger of the hotel about subject, he said me that this situation had arisen from cargo service, there was no interest in us, by saying he dosent take responsibility.sending the forgotten necessary thing of stayed guest at this 5 stared hotel is hotels responsibility isnt it ? thank god, we didnt forget vital thing, otherwise our life would be mightmare... briefly, this hotel which didnt esteem the customer, not intersted in you after put money its case..the hotel ı never will stay at.
